Linda is an experienced Senior Leader specialising in Employer Engagement and has over 20 years experience of working in the education and training sector including management and delivery of externally funded contracts including Big Lottery, ESF and DWP.

Linda leads on employer engagement and health and safety across all our programmes and continually reviews the systems and processes to ensure our customers have access to ‘real time’ information and receive a quality assured service at all times.

Linda is an A1 qualified assessor, holds Level 4 in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector and is NEBOSH qualified with extensive knowledge on Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Tracy has over 13 years experience in the delivery of work experience, event management, enterprise and work related learning, and more recently in facilitating and delivering careers inspired learning. Tracy leads on School and Client Account Management across Lancashire, Blackburn with Darwen and Blackpool ensuring personalised and high quality services.

Tracy is an experienced A2 assessor, holds Level 4 in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning sector and is qualified to Level 3 in Business Administration.

Emma is an experienced Business Development Manager and has a successful track record in securing medium and high value bids and tenders.

Emma has excellent educational project management skills from the design stage through to implementation and has worked closely with education establishments and Local Authorities to develop flagship programmes that support the curriculum and help raise aspirations including specialised extended placement provision, GCSE support programmes and Government led young apprentice programmes.

Emma leads on the development of programmes and partnerships across public, private and third sector organisations.

Emma holds a degree in Business Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Voluntary and Third Management, Level 3 NVQ in Learning and Development, Level 2 from Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply and is a qualified A1 assessor specialising in customer service, leisure, tourism and business.

The team

Health and Safety Assessors – holding NEBOSH accreditation or above, our assessors visit employers premises and work places to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of young people going on EBPNW work experience placements.

Employer Engagement Officers – co-ordinate all of our activities that require employer support and ensure that employers are fully briefed and prepared for their work with young people.

School Support Officers – liaise directly with schools to ensure a seamless and professional service.
