Our team are here to help support your school to meet the statutory requirements around careers, education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) and provide credible evidence and auditable pathways for Ofsted career framework inspections and the Gatsby benchmarks.
We can help support Senior Leadership Team and feed into strategy planning as well as reporting through Compass tools, all underpinned with quality assured operational activities, programmes and interventions to help students flourish.

What we do

Work Experience

1 or 2 week work placements allowing students to have first hand experience of the workplace, help to explore career opportunities and develop employability skills.

Extended Work Experience

Work placement opportunities across Year 10 and 11 working up to 3 days per week across the academic year with an employer. Similar to a day release type schemes to underpin learning and develop key skills.

Site Visits

Opportunity to go behind the scenes for half/full day, have a tour of the facilities/premises, listen to presentations from key personnel about careers, skills and company overviews and ask questions.

Personal Careers Guidance

Face to face, 1:1 or group interviews providing students with guidance notes and career action plan.

Mock Interviews

Introducing students to the job interview process in a safe and structured way with an employer, offering feedback and evaluation opportunities.

World at Work Event

Opportunity for students to talk with employers, educators and local providers as well as taking part in employer led interactive activities.

Meet the Professionals

A valuable employer encounter, allowing students the opportunity to ask quick fire questions and employers to respond with career and industry related answers.

Employer Led Activities

Tailored and bespoke activities based on school requests. Can be mentoring support, student interventions, group career activities, employer project work linked to curriculum and much more.
